Complete kit
The starter kit includes everything you need for top-tier protection: a smart control panel, an automatic shut-off valve, five water and freeze sensors, and a free subscription to the basic residential PRESENCE connected services plan.
Ultra-fast detection
With a 0.4 mm (0.015 in.) clearance between their detection poles and the floor, NOWA sensors can spot a puddle as small as the one left by a glass of water. As soon as water touches 2 of the 4 contact poles, a signal is sent and the main water supply is shut off within seconds.
The screen that speaks to you
NOWA’s fourth-generation system communicates in clear, understandable language that doesn’t just beep when something’s wrong. The control panel screen tells you what’s happening during an event and also serves as a user guide.
Effortless simplicity
Using the panel comes down to three buttons with simple, well-defined functions highlighted by an icon. Information is displayed on screen, button backlighting serves as a visual guide, and an LED indicator informs you of the system’s overall status using a color code.
Interference-free connection
NOWA 4Se uses low frequencies (319 MHz) as the communication method between sensors and the central unit to ensure a constant signal free from any interference. The system covers up to 5,000 sq. ft.
Fail-safe response
The automatic shut-off valve is hardwired to the control panel. Its response to an alert is therefore fail-safe and extremely fast. In the event of a power outage, the system continues to operate thanks to its integrated backup battery.
Cutting-edge app
Intuitive and easy to use, the NOWA PRESENCE app gives you a complete overview of your system’s status, notifies you instantly, and clearly identifies sensors in alarm mode. It also allows you to manage your system and control the valve remotely.
Basic PRESENCE service
It is included with the purchase of a NOWA 4Se system starter kit. The advanced version of the PRESENCE service plan is available separately.
Built-in self-tests
The 4Se control unit checks for the presence of all sensors daily. And every week, the electric ball valve performs an autonomous closing and reopening cycle to validate proper operation.
