Detecting both water and freezing conditions, this sensor communicates wirelessly with the control panel to alert it of any potential damage. It sends an alert as soon as water is detected by one of its four contact points or when the temperature drops below 41°F (5°C). The strong signal connecting the sensor to the panel covers an area of up to 5,000 sq. ft.
